We are looking for a high-energy, culturally savvy LATAM Recruiter to spearhead our expansion across Latin America. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be an architect of our regional culture. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and deep-dive interviewing to helping us navigate the local market nuances that make our company the “employer of choice” in the region.
Key Responsibilities * Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the charge in sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier candidates across LATAM (specifically focusing on Mexico, Colombia, Argentina). * Strategic Growth Partner: Act as a core member of the growth team, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and local hiring trends to leadership. * Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and culturally resonant experience, regardless of the hiring outcome. * Pipeline Building: Proactively build a “bench” of talent for future needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Brand Advocacy: Represent our company at regional events, job fairs, and on digital platforms to boost our employer brand in the LATAM market.
Required Qualifications * Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical or corporate recruiting, specifically within the LATAM market. * Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus professional proficiency in English. * Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws, cultural interview norms, and regional job boards (e.g., Computrabajo, LinkedIn, OccMundial). * Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a remote-first, international environment across multiple time zones. * Communication: Exceptional "people skills"—you should be able to read between the lines during an interview and sell the company’s vision effectively.
