We are looking for an IT Business Analyst — a communication-driven specialist with strong analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills. We expect you to quickly dive into different projects, analyze existing solutions and processes, gather and formalize requirements, and create high-quality analytical artifacts that speed up development and reduce rework.
Your skill set: * 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; * Thorough understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and business values; * Experience in pre-sales activities and discovery phases; * Strong skills in gathering and eliciting requirements using BA techniques (interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, document analysis, etc.); * Experience in writing documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, etc.); * Good knowledge of requirements management and task tracking tools (Jira, visualization tools, Google Analytics); * Proactivity, responsibility, self-discipline, analytical mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, and a result-oriented approach; * High level of spoken English.
Would be a plus: * Technical background (QA / UI/UX / Software Development); * Basic knowledge of software architecture; * Understanding of how APIs work and experience in preparing/maintaining API documentation.
Your responsibilities: * Facilitating technical requirement negotiations between project stakeholders; * Participating in discovery phases: gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements, aligning scope, and documenting agreements; * Participating in pre-sales activities (requirements clarification, preparing materials, identifying risks/assumptions, supporting estimation); * Preparing analytical artifacts and technical documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, etc.); * Preparing and maintaining API documentation (when needed, together with the technical team); * Developing and implementing new systems and processes to improve the current workflow; * Preparing reports for management; * Researching the market and competitors within a specific project/request; * Identifying potential risks and proactively suggesting solutions.
