We are looking for a Middle Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team as part of our ongoing expansion. Requirements * English proficiency at B2—C1 level (written and spoken). * 2–3 years of experience in fintech, IT, or corporate legal practice. * Strong communication skills and ability to work with international counterparties. * Willingness to complete professional training and certifications related to fintech regulation, compliance, or data protection. * Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to automate legal.
Responsibilities * Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including merchant agreements, service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. * Working with contracts in redline mode (track changes), reviewing counterparties’ revisions and negotiating contractual language. * Preparing legal opinions on regulatory and commercial matters. * Providing legal support to internal teams, including product, compliance, risk, operations, and business development. * Ensuring compliance with fintech and payment regulations, including AML/CFT and data protection requirements. * Supporting licensing and regulatory processes, including preparation of documentation for financial regulators and responses to regulatory requests. * Reviewing and updating internal legal documents and policies, such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and other compliance-related documentation. * Corporate administration of companies in multiple jurisdictions. * Monitoring regulatory developments and conducting legal research related to fintech and payment services. * Improving legal processes and document templates to increase efficiency of the legal function.
