About your Role Our People function exists to build the teams that build the product. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your mission is to consistently hire high-caliber Engineers, QA, and Product specialists: fast enough to support growth, and rigorously enough to protect quality. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define what “great” looks like, run end-to-end hiring with clean process discipline, and turn sourcing into a predictable pipeline, so Weltrade scales teams that can deliver reliable, secure trading experiences for clients worldwide.
You Have — 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, with proven hiring outcomes across Engineering/QA/DevOps and/or Product roles. — Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, talent mapping) and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles globally. — Strong structured interviewing capability: running competency-based HR interviews and producing clear, evidence-based candidate assessments. — Stakeholder management strength: partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and drive decisions to close. — Hands-on experience working with ATS tools and recruitment analytics, maintaining accurate hiring data, and using it to improve funnel performance.
Good to Have — Experience recruiting for fintech, trading, or other regulated/high-trust products. — Track record in hiring for distributed teams across multiple time zones and markets. — Solid understanding of modern engineering orgs, software delivery lifecycle, and common technical stacks.
