REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for a Sales/Engagement Manager who has: * 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain; * Understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure; * Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations); * Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot); * Experience in managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.); * Strong analytical and presentation skills; * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication); * Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement; * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners; * Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Will be a plus: * Experience working in the fintech domain; * Experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows).
