Team size and structure? 100+ employees Key Responsibilities: * Support analysis of product performance and help identify trends and anomalies. * Assist in running and analyzing A/B tests. * Work with data to answer product questions and validate hypotheses. * Help build and maintain dashboards and reports used by the team. * Participate in deeper analyses of features, player behavior, and product changes. * Collaborate with producers, developers, and analysts on data-related tasks. * Contribute to improving data quality, tracking, and basic processes. * Take ownership of your tasks and grow into a more independent role.
About You: * At the beginning of an analytics career (1–2 years of experience or strong pet projects). * Solid foundation in math and statistics with a strong interest in product analytics. * Understanding of product analytics terminology and ability to reason about product performance. * Ability to confidently work with data and write SQL queries for analysis. * Curiosity and motivation to learn — going beyond task execution to understanding underlying logic. * Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data. * Structured thinking and ability to clearly communicate findings. * Genuine interest in mobile games and how products grow and monetize.
Will Be a Plus: * Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, etc.) * Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. * Experience using AI tools in your workflow. * Pet projects in analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI. * Regular experience playing mobile games and understanding how they work.
