Now we have launched the development of a new product. In this regard, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer for full-time, remote work to work together to create progressive products.

Required skills: * 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX design or product design role; * Experience developing products from scratch / understanding of product prototyping principles; * In-depth knowledge of all UI/UX processes; * Demonstrated design thinking skills; * Strong interface and interaction design skills; * Deep understanding of modern user experience concepts; * Expert level knowledge of Figma; * Understanding of user-centred design principles; * Experience using analytical tools; * Availability of realised products with your design solutions, links to share (attach portfolio link in resume or cover letter).
Responsibilities: * Creating a comprehensive user experience that meets the customer’s needs and vision; * Creating and maintaining research and usability documentation; * Implement and test design ideas as high-level prototypes; * Generating hypotheses and implementing ideas to optimise the user experience; * Communicate with stakeholders to clarify product interface requirements and make changes.
Job Requirements: * Remote work in a friendly and comfortable team of professional developers WITHOUT the oppression of marketers; * On-time salary starting from $3000 gross; * 2 weeks paid holiday a year; * Paid sick days; * Paid time off on major Slavic holidays; * Opportunity to attend professional courses at company’s expense; * Working week: Sunday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Israel time.
