We are looking for an ambitious junior SDR who wants to start a career in international B2B tech sales.
You will work with a complex engineering software product used by companies worldwide (Oil & Gas, Offshore, Heavy Lifting, Civil Engineering, Machinery, Aerospace).
This role is designed as a strong entry point into global B2B sales with a clear growth path to Account Manager. If you are curious and proactive, this role can become your first step into international sales.

Key responsibilities: * Prospect and identify potential clients in global markets * Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls * Qualify potential clients and book meetings for the sales team * Maintain accurate records in HubSpot * Personalize communication and manage follow-ups * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
We are looking for someone who: * Has fluent or upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken) * Communicates clearly and confidently * Is curious and not afraid of technical topics * Has basic experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator are a plus) * Is organized and detail-oriented * Is ambitious and motivated by results
