Hi there! We’re Softsich A young, ambitious, and fast-growing company creating innovative digital products. We’re looking for a Promo Specialist who can combine analytics, creativity, and a systematic approach to user engagement at Softsich.
Your key responsibilities will include: * Development and implementation of promotional campaigns: bonuses, tournaments, seasonal promotions, and loyalty. * Management of promotional calendar on projects. * Preparation and launch of promotional campaigns from concept to analysis of results. * Interaction with design, copywriting, CRM and product teams to prepare and launch promotional campaigns. * Setting up user segmentation for targeting promotional activities. * Monitoring the correctness of campaign launch and conducting pre-launch QC. * Analysis of promotional activities effectiveness (engagement, retention, bonus cost, etc). * Conducting A/B tests of promotional mechanics and communications. * Preparation of regular reports on campaign results. * Market monitoring and analysis of competitive promotional mechanics.
It’s a match if you have: * 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Promo Manager, Bonus Manager or related roles in marketing/e-Commerce). * Experience in developing promotional campaigns and bonus mechanics. * Experience in creating strategies for attracting and retaining users through gamification, loyalty programs and tournaments. * Confident data analysis skills and interpretation of campaign performance metrics. * Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis. * Understanding the principles of user segmentation and targeting strategies. * Experience with analytical tools and BI platforms. * English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
Would be an advantage: * Experience working with SoftSwiss. * Ability to work with analytical reports.
