About the Role We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — from defining candidate profiles to successful hires — with a strong focus on speed, quality, and business impact. This role requires autonomy, process ownership, and close collaboration with hiring managers.
Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment * Manage vacancies end-to-end: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer stage, and onboarding * Close positions across different levels (middle, senior, management) * Define candidate profiles in collaboration with the business
Sourcing & pipeline management * Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, databases, alternative channels) * Build and manage candidate pipelines * Conduct direct search and engage passive candidates
Business communication * Partner with hiring managers * Manage expectations regarding timelines and candidate quality * Provide regular updates on hiring progress
Candidate assessment * Conduct interviews (assessing experience, competencies, motivation) * Provide structured feedback and recommendations * Ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
Offers & hiring * Participate in offer preparation * Lead negotiations with candidates * Ensure successful candidate onboarding
Processes & improvements * Optimize recruitment processes * Work with hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, source efficiency) * Contribute to employer branding initiatives (when needed)
Requirements * 3+ years of recruitment experience * Proven track record of closing complex and/or managerial roles * Strong sourcing and headhunting skills * Experience working with passive candidates * Ability to partner with business stakeholders and manage expectations * Strong candidate assessment skills (structured interviewing) * Results-driven with strong time management * English level: B2+
