Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company helping businesses take control over their spending. We’re scaling fast across global markets and looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can own enterprise relationships, drive upsell revenue, and build long-term partnerships with clients.

What you’ll do * Maintain your customer portfolio and make your accounts grow by upselling and cross-selling * Onboard new clients and guide them through the full customer journey * Run regular calls, account reviews, and QBRs with key stakeholders * Prepare and coordinate commercial and legal documentation (contracts, offers, amendments) in collaboration with the legal team * Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction — proactively address risks before they become problems * Work closely with product, sales, and operations to resolve client needs and relay feedback * Contribute to building scalable CS processes as the team and product grow
What we’re looking for * 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid Sales/CS role * Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a services-based company * Proven track record of growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell * Experience managing mid-size to enterprise clients * Able to navigate commercial discussions: pricing, contracts, discounts, and offer preparation * Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2 minimum)
Nice to have * Experience in a SaaS + services hybrid model * Background in sales or revenue-driven CS with clear KPI accountability * Familiarity with legal documentation and contract workflows * Ukrainian language — a real advantage * Startup experience — you’re comfortable with change and building things from scratch
