Your future responsibilities: Contracts and Agreements: • Draft, analyze, negotiate, execute and amend business contracts between Ukrainian and foreign entities. • Drafting, reviewing and terminating employment contracts. NDA.
Compliance with Banks: • KYC procedures in banks. • Interact with banks to facilitate international transactions.
Regulatory Communication: • Handle reporting and inquiries related to PlayCity. • Submit requests and draft responses to regulatory authorities.
Legal Consultancy, Research and Analysis: • Provide legal advice on the impact of Ukrainian and foreign legislation on the company’s operations. • Research and analyze updates to Ukrainian and foreign legislation impacting the company’s activities.
The following skills are important to us: • Education: Master of Law. • Experience: Proven experience with Ukrainian legislation, including tax, corporate and IP. Expertise in drafting and negotiating of various commercial and business contracts. • Language Skills: You must be able to draft documents and negotiate in English. • Personal Attributes: Quick learner.
