IMPRO Email Agency is an email & SMS marketing agency with a Ukrainian heart and a global reach.
We help eCommerce brands in the US, Canada, and Europe build trust, increase revenue, and grow long-term through retention marketing.
We’re looking for a HR Manager — someone who will take ownership of the team experience end-to-end: from onboarding to engagement, development and offboarding.
This role is about people, culture, and structure, ensuring our team feels supported, motivated and aligned, while keeping internal processes smooth and transparent.
Who you are: * 1+ year of experience in HR / People Operations * Experience working with onboarding, employee engagement and internal processes * Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence * Able to identify team “temperature” and address potential issues early * Organized and detail-oriented, but also people-first * Proactive and independent (can work without micromanagement) * Comfortable leading 1:1 conversations and resolving internal challenges * English: B2+ written, B1—B2+ spoken (a big plus, but not necessary
What you’ll do: * Own and improve the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new team members * Monitor and support employee certification and development progress * Maintain and improve team motivation and engagement initiatives * Regularly assess and manage team well-being * Conduct 1:1 meetings, identify challenges, and help resolve internal issues * Manage the offboarding process with care and professionalism * Organize team activities: workshops, internal events, wellness initiatives (e.g. yoga sessions) * Take care of employee experience: small gifts, recognition, and thoughtful touches * Collaborate with leadership to improve internal culture and processes
