We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our business development team and drive growth through strategic sales in the field of high-value engineering services. In this role, you’ll work directly with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product leaders, managing complex sales cycles and building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients across global markets.
Responsibilities: * Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing * Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events * Conduct discovery calls to analyze business and technical needs * Present and position engineering capabilities as tailored solutions to client challenges * Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and shape delivery models * Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners * Represent the company at professional conferences, tech summits, and industry events * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales or software outsourcing * Proven track record of closing high-value deals in custom software development or engineering services * Strong outbound prospecting and negotiation skills * Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales processes * Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders * Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery models * Demonstrated experience in participating in or representing the company at industry conferences and networking events * Advanced level English proficiency (spoken and written) * Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented approach
