For our global unit we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thinks in conversions, not just aesthetics. If you understand how real users shop on mobile, know your way around Shopify, and can back up every design decision with logic — we’d love to meet you.
About the role You’ll be designing for a global D2C product with a primary focus on the US market. Your work will directly influence how users discover, evaluate, and buy — from the first ad click to the checkout confirmation. This isn’t a “make it pretty” role; it’s a high-impact position where good design is measured in conversion rate and revenue.
What you’ll be doing — Designing the architecture and UI for new landing pages and advertorials targeting the US market. — Developing and maintaining our core Shopify store with a mobile-first approach (80%+ of traffic comes from mobile — every layout starts on phone). — Collaborating with UA and Retention managers: analyzing heatmaps (Hotjar / Clarity), generating hypotheses for A/B tests, and improving conversion rate. — Building and maintaining a scalable Design System in Figma.
What we’re looking for — 2+ years of experience in product or web design. — Experience with e-commerce: solid understanding of product page architecture, cart, and checkout flows. — Deep knowledge of Figma: Auto Layout, Components, and Variants. — Basic understanding of Shopify platform constraints. — Familiarity with CRO principles (conversion rate optimization). — English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level or above.
Key qualities — User-centric mindset — you design for real people, not Dribbble audiences. — Ability to argue design decisions with data and logic, not “it just looks better”. — Speed and comfort with iterative work — you ship, learn, and improve.
Portfolio note: We’re particularly interested in real D2C or e-commerce projects. Polished concept work is fine, but proven commercial experience stands out.
Our hiring process We keep things simple and transparent: — Application — submit your CV, a short intro, and a portfolio link. — Recruiter call — a friendly conversation about your experience and goals. — Hiring manager interview — acquaintance and discuss day-to-day tasks and your problem-solving approach. — Test assignment — a short case to see how you approach real tasks. — Bar-raiser meeting — a final team-fit assessment. — Offer — if it’s a match, we move forward together.
