We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant to join the dedicated Supply Chain Management practice. In this role, you will take charge of evaluating, improving, and deploying enterprise resource planning systems that foster long-term commercial success. If you have a strong enthusiasm for enterprise systems, logistics, and client advisory, you will be instrumental in steering the digital evolution of our partners.
Your qualifications:
* Proven track record in rolling out and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or comparable platforms like Dynamics AX 2012), specifically within supply chain modules.
* Profound comprehension of corporate workflows and established industry norms.
* Exceptional organisational capabilities coupled with a strong sense of accountability.
* Outstanding analytical reasoning, persuasive communication skills, a proactive, hands-on mindset, and an excellent team player attitude.
* Readiness for structured, project-driven international business trips (block scheduling).
* Proficiency in both German and English — B2+ level required.
Your tasks:
* Architect, set up, and deploy specific functional modules tailored to meet unique client demands.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture commercial needs and translate them into effective D365 Finance and Operations system configurations.
* Leverage your deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, master planning, and overall supply chain strategies to guide project success.
* Lead educational workshops and practical training sessions to ensure users fully grasp the platform’s features in a real-world context.
* Guide system tailoring, third-party integrations, and data transfer processes while actively resolving any technical or functional bottlenecks during rollouts.
* Continuously monitor the latest system upgrades and industry innovations to provide clients with top-tier strategic recommendations.
