About the Role We are looking for a closing-focused Account Executive who will work with warm inbound demand and convert it into paid contracts.
This is not an SDR or lead generation role — you will fully own the deal cycle from demo to payment, and drive clients from pilot stage to long-term contracts. What You’ll Be Doing * Run intro and demo calls with inbound leads * Own the full sales cycle: SQL → payment * Qualify opportunities and prioritize high-value deals * Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms * Drive clients from pilot → annual contracts * Collaborate with Customer Success on handover and expansion * Manage pipeline and forecast revenue in CRM * Represent the company at industry conferences and events (networking, meetings with prospects, follow-ups)
Who This Role Is For We’re looking for a sales professional who already knows how to close, not just generate or qualify leads.
Must-have: * Proven experience in closing B2B deals * Confidence in running demos and negotiations in English * Strong understanding of the sales funnel and deal ownership * Experience working with CRM and managing pipeline * English — Advanced+ * Ukrainian — fluent * Russian — fluent (required for working with part of the client base)
Nice to have: * Experience in B2B SaaS / AdTech / MarTech / iGaming * Experience with international clients * Experience with conferences or offline networking * Understanding of subscription or pilot-based sales * Background in performance marketing
