About the role: We’re looking for a Solution Architect to support presales, discovery, and implementation phases of complex healthcare projects. This role is focused on designing scalable, compliant, and well-integrated systems, helping shape architecture vision, and guiding teams through key technical decisions — from early-stage discussions to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include: * Leading presales and discovery phases by analyzing business and technical requirements * Design end-to-end system architecture (e.g. core systems, integrations, data, and user-facing applications) * Define and document target architecture, including system components, data flows, and integration patterns * Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, privacy, access control, and audit requirements * Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendors based on business needs and constraints * Ensure seamless integration between systems using API-first and event-driven approaches * Lead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams * Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to align technical solutions with business goals * Identify risks, trade-offs, and limitations of proposed solutions and communicate them clearly
What we expect from you: * 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect * Proven experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments (behavioral health is a plus) * Strong background in designing and integrating complex systems (EHR, CRM, telephony, BI, data warehouse) * Deep understanding of API-first architecture, system design, and data integration patterns * Hands-on experience with vendor evaluation and platform selection * Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints and clearly communicate trade-offs * Experience building scalable and reliable systems * Strong communication skills — ability to work with both business stakeholders and engineering teams * English: Upper-Intermediate+
