What You Will Do * Own acquisition targets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social platforms. * Manage and optimize monthly acquisition budgets across regions, allocating spend based on market maturity, CPA targets, and competitive landscape. * Develop first-party and lookalike audience strategies leveraging CRM data while navigating platform restrictions on gambling audience targeting. * Lead creative testing frameworks (UGC, lifestyle, branded content, offers) to identify winning concepts that convert and comply with regulations. * Adapt campaigns for regulated and non-regulated markets (North America, LatAm), considering language, cultural nuances, and market-specific regulatory restrictions. * Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, Performance Marketing Specialists, and Creative Strategists. * Manage relationships with creative agencies, media buyers, and production partners, determining the optimal mix of in-house vs. outsourced execution. * Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Product, and Compliance teams to align acquisition messaging with retention journeys and brand identity. * Own key acquisition KPIs: CPA (by channel and market), ROAS (D7, D30), FTD volume, deposit conversion rates, and player value cohorts. * Implement and maintain accurate tracking (MMP integration, server-side tracking, conversion API) across web and app campaigns. * Establish continuous A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies with documented learning agendas. * Monitor competitor social activity, ad creative libraries (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center), and emerging acquisition tactics.
What We Are Looking For * 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, including 3+ years in online gambling/gaming (casino, sportsbook, or poker). * Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (gambling vertical), Snapchat Ads, and programmatic platforms. * Proven experience working within gambling advertising restrictions across Tier 1–2 markets (e.g., Canada). * Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and Excel/Google Sheets for cohort and performance analysis. * Experience managing large-scale acquisition budgets ($250K+ monthly) with a focus on ROI and efficiency. * Ability to brief, evaluate, and optimize creative concepts, with a strong understanding of what drives conversion in gambling marketing.
