We are looking for a Junior People Experience Specialist for the Art BU. The role involves supporting onboarding processes and providing day-to-day support to managers and specialists in all people-related processes.
Superpowers you have: * 1.5+ years of experience in HR; * Basic understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within the HR function. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken). * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. * High level of responsibility, accuracy, and service-oriented attitude.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will: * Take part in updating people’s regulations documents; * Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new hires complete required training. * Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials for specialists and managers. * Prepare regular people reports and presentations for BU Stakeholders together with the People team members; * Assist the People Team in the administration of performance review processes, including setting up review cycles, communicating timelines, and collecting feedback ; * Provide support to direct managers and specialists in all people-related processes. * Provide emergency support according to corporate procedures.
