We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. This role requires research and analytical skills, as well as business acumen & communication skills to identify and enable growth opportunities that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications: * 0,5 + years of experience as a Partnership Manager * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders * Analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to achieve growth objectives * Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines * Willingness to handle routine tasks and responsibilities with diligence and professionalism * Readiness to learn and experiment * English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate level, both written and verbal * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software * Nice to have familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Lemlist, SalesNavigator
Responsibilities: * Identify and research potential growth opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives and target markets. * Provide preparation and management of multi-touch marketing campaigns, including research, validation and outreach. * Support growth team in their activities: events, campaigns etc. * Organize and maintain growth-related data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility for analysis and CRM hygiene * Personalized approach to high-potential prospects` engagement * Research events, partnerships and growth channels * Communicate with partners and stakeholders via email to ensure organization processes, provide updates, address inquiries or concerns effectively * Communicate with inbound leads to provide discovery and qualification
