— Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role. — Proven experience working in international companies. — Strong ability to work with and influence business leaders and other stakeholders. — Deep understanding of all HR business processes within an organization. — Experience designing and implementing HR business processes from scratch. — Strong skills in creating HR policies, procedures and guides in English. — Experience developing internal HR projects from concept to implementation. — Knowledge of legal aspects of HR cooperation and ability to work with legal teams. — Experience building and managing processes for cross-functional teams. — Hands-on experience setting up HR process automation, including tools like Jira. — Strong understanding of HR analytics and experience using data to drive HR decisions and measure impact.
