We are looking for a tech-forward, creative-minded PPC expert to help us scale to the next level.
Responsibilities * Campaign Mastery: End-to-end management of high-budget Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Lead Gen for global markets. * AI Integration: Implement and oversee AI-driven workflows (automated bidding, predictive modeling, and AI scripts) to maximize ROAS and lower CPL. * Creative Execution: Take a hands-on approach to creative production. This includes designing ad banners, writing high-converting hooks, and utilizing AI tools to generate video and image assets. * Strategic Optimization: Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis, moving beyond standard tactics to find “blue ocean” opportunities in the immigration sector. * Data-Driven Logic: Monitor performance metrics daily, using advanced data visualization and AI analytics to make rapid, informed scaling decisions. * Full-Funnel Collaboration: Partner with the sales and retention teams to ensure lead quality remains high and the messaging aligns across the entire customer journey. * Future-Proofing: Stay at the bleeding edge of PPC trends, specifically focusing on how AI and machine learning are reshaping search and social advertising.
Requirements * Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video) with a proven track record of scaling budgets. * AI Proficiency: Deep familiarity with AI tools for marketing,to accelerate output and testing. * Creative Toolkit: Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. You should be comfortable “getting your hands dirty” creating the ads you run. * Multi-Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Bing, or Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain) is a significant advantage. * Analytical Rigor: Expert-level understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and CRM integration to track the full lead lifecycle. * Communication: Exceptional English (written and spoken) with the ability to write compelling, emotive ad copy that resonates with diverse global audiences.
