We’re on the hunt for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help us discover top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. Join our quest to build amazing teams and make sourcing an adventure!
YOUR QUEST-LINE: * Identify and engage top talent for technical and non-technical roles across all levels. * Use sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities) to build high-quality pipelines. * Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that capture candidates’ attention. * Manage pipelines and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS. * Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review resumes, conduct short screening calls, schedule interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience. * Share market insights, trends, and sourcing learnings with the recruiting team. * Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and engagement.
YOUR IN-GAME SKIN: * 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, skilled in using sourcing techniques and tools. * Proven ability to source effectively at scale across multiple roles. * Excellent written and verbal communication — your messages are impossible to ignore. * Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies. * Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems. * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneously. * Adaptable, proactive, and resilient in fast-changing environments. * Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
