The Challenge: From Scaling to Market Dominance We have moved past “early traction” and are now entering the phase of global expansion. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — a visionary strategist and growth architect who will not only oversee the revenue engine but define the very category of “Creator Fintech.”
As CMO, you will be the strategic leader for the Head of Marketing and Sales, responsible for the overarching P&L, global brand equity, and the integration of marketing, sales, and product growth into a single, cohesive Value Creation Engine. Your Strategic Responsibilities * Global Revenue Strategy: Architect and oversee the total growth strategy (B2B & B2C) across US, LATAM, and EU markets. Align Marketing and Sales departments to ensure a seamless “Revenue Operating System.” * Category Leadership & Positioning: Elevate MilX from a “product” to a “market standard.” Define the long-term brand narrative that captures both the Gen-Z creator spirit and the institutional trust required for fintech. * Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth: Lead high-level negotiations and strategic alliances with global platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and Tier-1 financial institutions. * Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Optimization: Develop advanced retention and expansion strategies, ensuring that MilX becomes the “operating system” for a creator’s entire career. * Data-Driven Governance: Establish a sophisticated BI culture. You don’t just track KPIs; you predict market shifts using advanced attribution models and unit economics. * Leadership & Organizational Design: Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary leadership team. Your primary direct report will be the Head of Marketing & Sales; your job is to empower them while maintaining high-level accountability for the entire growth org. * Budget & P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the global marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimized ROI and sustainable, aggressive growth.
Requirements * 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in C-level or VP-level roles within Fintech, Tier-1 SaaS, or a high-growth Creator Economy startup. * Exceptional Strategic Depth: Proven track record of taking a company through Series B/C stages or achieving significant global market share. * Mastery of Hybrid Models: Deep expertise in balancing high-velocity B2C product-led growth (PLG) with complex, high-touch B2B enterprise sales cycles. * Advanced Financial Literacy: Beyond LTV/CAC, you understand cost of capital, payment processing margins, and the regulatory landscape of global fintech. * International Powerhouse: Demonstrated experience in dominating the Americas and European markets, with a nuanced understanding of regional financial behaviors. * Visionary Communication: C2 (Mastery) English. Ability to represent MilX as a thought leader at global conferences and in high-stakes board-level discussions. * Tech Stack Sophistication: Experience implementing and overseeing complex RevOps stacks (Salesforce/HubSpot, CDP, advanced Product Analytics, and AI-driven marketing automation). * The “Architect” Mindset: You move fluidly between high-level vision and the ability to “stress-test” the tactical execution of your team.
