Zutobi is the creator of the #1 driver’s education app in the U.S. Following our success in the consumer market, we are scaling Zutobi Instructor — a comprehensive B2B SaaS platform designed to help driving schools digitize their entire operations.
The platform is currently used by 100+ schools. We are in the process of a design overhaul to better meet school needs while developing entirely new features. We are an organization of over 70 people, with a dedicated team of about ten professionals focused specifically on the Instructor product. The Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a Strong Junior/Mid Product Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience for our B2B platform. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with the team to drive the design process from initial analysis to production-ready delivery. Your responsibilities include: * Balancing speed and quality: You understand that not all parts of a system require the same level of detail. You know when to invest in a high level of finish and when a “good enough” solution provides the best value for the product’s momentum. * Cross-functional partnership: Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to align business goals with user needs. * Collaborating on the B2B redesign: Working as part of the team to modernize existing functionality and build new tools for scheduling, online booking, integrated payments, and automated student communication.
Requirements * At least 2 years of proven experience in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. * A strong UX mindset. Ability to identify user problems and reduce complexity in user journeys. * Proven experience or a strong understanding of B2B product design and workflows. * Ability to think through the architecture of complex features and prioritize based on user and business needs. * Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level with strong communication and presentation skills.
AI-Driven Workflow (Significant Merit, Not Required) We value designers who are curious about increasing their velocity and precision through modern tools. It is a merit if you are interested in an “AI-forward” workflow: * Drafting in LLMs: Using tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and identify risks or edge cases in the early stages to align quickly with the team. * AI-Assisted Prototyping: Utilizing Cursor or Claude Code to build and iterate on flows directly in code in close collaboration with engineers. * Production Readiness: Taking validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and updating components in the design system to ensure designs are truly ready for production.
What We Offer * Culture: Empowering, ’Bottom Up’ culture valuing initiative, collaboration, and continuous learning, aligned with values of Safety, Simplicity, Modernity, Encouragement, Helpfulness, and Accountability. * Learning & Development: Reimbursement for development courses/training, fostering a continuous professional development culture where employees seek opportunities and managers coach teams. * Work Flexibility: Remote work with flexible 40-hour/week schedule, accommodating team meetings and collaboration. * Vacation: 20 business days (4 weeks) annual leave. * Sick Leave: 20 business days (4 weeks) annual sick leave. * Holidays: Ukrainian public holidays are default days off. * Financial Support: Full taxation coverage from the company.
