The Role We are looking for a Product Owner to join our talented team and contribute to the success of our products.
The Product Owner (PO) is a pivotal role within our Agile Teams, responsible for maximizing the delivered value for our customers and championing the product vision. The PO serves as the bridge between stakeholders, product management, and the agile team, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering high-value outcomes that solve real customer problems.
Essential Skills:
● 3+ years experience in Product Owner/Business Analyst role (at least 1 year as a Product Owner)
● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
● Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), both general principles and Finsight-specific processes
● Experience with third-party PM tools (YouTrack, Jira, Figma, etc.)
● Understanding of Git workflows and Release management best practices
● Demonstrated ability to decompose features into phases and compose clear, actionable user stories
● Demonstrated passion and love for designing/building products of any kind
● Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address issues raised during product development
● Proficient English (spoken and written), for meetings and stakeholder communication. Part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
Would be a plus:
● Working experience managing products within the financial space
● Experience with similar technical stacks and understanding of necessary development workflows
● Understands and can demonstrate the use of relevant charting (Burndown, Cumulative Flow, etc.)
● Proficient in Notion and Google services (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
● Certifications in Product Management/Product Ownership (SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, etc.).

● Facilitate communication across stakeholders, product, and development teams
● Manage dependencies and support issue resolution and releases
● Ensure balance between functional and non-functional requirements. — Business & Stakeholder Engagment ● Collaborate closely with product, sales, and support teams
● Serve as the key source of business context for the team
● Stay aligned with roadmap and upcoming product changes. — Continuous Improvement ● Participate in reviews, demos, and retrospectives to gather feedback and improve processes
