About the Role
We are looking for an Art Director who can transform strategic thinking into strong, coherent visual systems. This is not just about creating beautiful layouts. It’s about shaping visual direction across multiple brands and channels. You will lead the visual part of campaigns from concept to final execution. You will guide designers, collaborate with strategists and medical experts, and defend creative decisions in front of clients. This role requires both creative intuition and structural thinking
Key Responsibilities * Define and lead the visual direction of projects: from creative idea to final visual result * Develop and oversee the visual part of campaigns: web banners, promo pages, print layouts, animation, and video * Translate strategic ideas into strong visual concepts with clear brand value * Develop key visuals, campaign identities, and digital-first creative systems * Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring visual consistency and brandbook compliance * Present and defend creative concepts to clients * Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, project managers, and developers * Supervise and mentor designers within the team * Work with motion/3D teams when required * Monitor design trends, web technologies, and innovations in the creative industry
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Art Director or Senior Designer from a creative agency environment who is ready to take ownership of campaign-level visual direction.
Hard skills: * Strong understanding of art direction principles: composition, typography, and visual hierarchy * Experience creating digital and offline creatives: landing pages, promo pages, banners, digital campaigns, print materials * Confident mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools * Experience working with brands across different industries: FMCG, pharma, service products * Confident mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong understanding of branding and how to build visual consistency across formats * Clear understanding of marketing and strategy and the ability to translate them into creative decisions * Ability to both work within existing brandbooks and independently develop visual identity from scratch * Ability to develop the visual part of concepts — from ideation to full execution * Experience working with motion/3D teams; understanding of basic animation principles * Skills in creating reference boards and design pipelines for projects
Soft skills: * Strong presentation skills and ability to argue creative decisions in front of clients * Systematic thinking and ability to maintain visual communication consistency across multiple channels * Empathy, openness, and ability to find common ground with internal teams and clients * Flexibility and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-deadline environment * Ability to transform business objectives into visual solutions with brand value * Accountability, attention to detail, and consistency in decision-making
Requirements * 4+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative agency * Strong, up-to-date portfolio (last 3–4 years) including digital projects, campaign concepts, video, and animation * Experience working with multi-channel campaigns (digital + promotional print) * Clear understanding of marketing and strategy; ability to translate them into creative decisions * English: B1—B2 minimum
Will be a plus * Experience leading or mentoring a small team of designers * Experience collaborating with motion or 3D teams; understanding of production pipelines * Experience working on a filming set
