Role Overview
This is not a traditional PR role.
We are looking for a specialist who understands how to create attention, build narratives, and scale visibility across media and social platforms.
The role combines public relations, content distribution, and growth thinking.
Key Responsibilities * Define and develop Tone of Voice for the company, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. * Define and develop Tone of Voice for founders’ personal brands, adapting communication style to audience and platform. * Build a PR strategy from scratch, including positioning, messaging, and key communication angles. * Generate strong and relevant news angles and stories that can attract attention from media and audiences. * Identify opportunities for visibility and create narratives that people want to discuss and share. * Organize founder participation in podcasts, interviews, and media activities, including outreach and negotiations. * Build relationships with media, podcast hosts, and content creators in business and AI space. * Distribute content and PR materials across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and others. * Work with communities and discussions to amplify reach and engagement.Launch and manage partnerships and collaborations that increase visibility and audience reach. * Prepare press releases, announcements, and communication materials for external distribution. * Continuously test new PR approaches, formats, and ideas to increase reach and performance.
KPIs and Performance * KPIs will be defined after onboarding based on the current stage of the project. * Key focus areas include audience growth, reach, engagement, brand visibility, mentions, and inbound interest. * Success is measured not by activity, but by actual impact on attention and growth.
Requirements * 3 to 5+ years of experience in PR, media, content, or growth-related roles. * Experience working with English-speaking markets is required. * Strong understanding of how modern social media platforms work. * Ability to think in terms of attention, distribution, and audience behavior. * Experience with media outreach, podcasts, or partnerships is highly valuable.
Nice to Have * Existing network in business, technology, or AI-related media. * Experience working with founders or personal brands. * Understanding of viral mechanics and content performance. * Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
