Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine to support hiring across multiple countries and functions. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner directly with hiring managers, and help shape effective hiring strategies to attract the right talent.
Beyond filling roles, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — providing market insights, improving processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience worldwide. Requirements * 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. * Experience working in the IT/technology industry. * Experience hiring across multiple countries and regions. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Advanced English (written and spoken). * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. * Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus. * Proactive, organized, and business-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions from junior to leadership levels. * Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, profiles, and hiring strategies. * Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates. * Drive proactive sourcing and build talent pipelines across various regions. * Ensure a positive candidate experience and prompt communication. * Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes. * Provide market insights—including salary benchmarks, availability, and hiring trends. * Enhance recruitment processes and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.
