We’re looking for a Junior Sales / Account Manager to join our team and support work with new and existing clients. In this role, you’ll be involved in client communication, sales processes, and coordination with internal teams, while developing your skills in account management and B2B sales. Responsibilities: * Take part in attracting new clients and working with existing ones; * Communicate with potential clients from Europe, the USA, and the Middle East in English; * Participate in introductory and sales calls with potential clients, presenting the company’s services; * Take part in negotiations on terms of cooperation and contracts; * Maintain CRM and other sales-related documentation; * Support building and developing long-term relationships with existing clients; * Take part in working with both new and existing clients to identify their needs and support the expansion of the team; * Take part in discussions and initiation of new vacancies for developer hiring; * Collaborate with the recruitment team on client requirements and hiring priorities; * Provide clients with relevant developer candidates, organize and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates; * Assist in coordinating the onboarding process of specialists to the project.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or experience working in an IT company in business or technical roles; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Client-oriented and proactive approach; * Result-oriented mindset; * Willingness to communicate with clients and conduct negotiations; * Attention to detail and accuracy in working with documentation; * Advanced level of English.
Would be a plus: * Experience in IT in roles such as Sales Manager / Sales Assistant, Lead Generator, Recruiter, Project or Account Manager; * Understanding of IT roles, development processes, and technical environment; * Experience in negotiating commercial terms; * Experience working with CRM or other sales documentation.
