We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work directly with the Head of Project and take ownership of execution across our most important revenue-driving initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-output role focused on driving valuable projects forward, building the systems that keep everything moving, and making sure nothing falls behind.
This is not a coordination or support seat. It is a core operations role for someone who is fast, structured, and obsessed with execution quality. The two things we measure above everything else are speed and quality. If you thrive on getting things done at a high standard without being chased, this role was built for you. The right person will directly accelerate our execution speed, eliminate bottlenecks, and bring operational clarity to every project they touch.
Key Responsibilities: * Drive high-priority projects from brief to completion with clear timelines and deliverables * Track all active projects, identify blockers early, and ensure consistent progress * Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across marketing, operations, and tech * Build and implement SOPs for recurring processes to ensure consistent execution * Develop scalable operational frameworks and improve inefficient workflows * Identify bottlenecks and resolve them through structured systems, not workarounds * Own Notion as the central operational hub: structure, maintain, and keep it up to date * Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to reflect real-time operations * Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with owners and deadlines * Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and proper follow-through * Support growth, monetization, and automation initiatives through execution and research * Prepare concise, actionable insights to support decision-making * Document processes, workflows, and recurring tasks clearly * Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base for team efficiency and onboarding
Requirements: * 4+ years in operations, business development or a similar execution-focused role * Excellent English С1, written and verbal * Proven experience building and rolling out SOPs across a team, not just writing them for yourself * Аbility to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without dropping quality * Strong understanding of how marketing and growth operations work * Fast, structured and precise. You do not need things repeated and you do not make the same mistake twice * Ownership mentality over processes and projects, not people
Nice to have: * Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar * Experience with Notion * Background in media, newsletters, affiliate, or performance marketing * Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Sheets, or Airtable alongside Notion
