We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team.
This role is focused entirely on sourcing — identifying, analyzing, and building strong candidate pipelines without involvement in candidate communication. Requirements * 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing * Strong skills in Boolean search and X-ray techniques * Confident use of LinkedIn as a primary sourcing tool * Experience with recruiting tools and platforms * Understanding of software development processes and tech roles * Experience working with CRM / ATS systems * Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities * Source relevant candidates using internal databases and external platforms * Analyze candidate profiles and build high-quality talent pipelines * Manage and update candidate data in the ATS * Identify new sourcing channels and expand the talent pool * Monitor the IT market and stay updated on trends * Improve sourcing approaches and overall process efficiency
