Position Overview: We’re looking for a Brand & Events Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our events, webinars, and expert-led marketing initiatives. This role is key in building brand presence, strengthening our positioning, and driving engagement with the companies we want to work with.
You’ll work closely with founders and internal experts to plan and execute events, support external speaking engagements, and contribute to content initiatives.

What We’re Expecting: * 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services, expert-led, or consulting environment. * Experience working in service-based or trust-driven businesses. * Proven experience organizing and delivering high-quality online and offline events (meetups, webinars, workshops, etc.) * Experience working closely with founders and subject-matter experts, helping turn ideas into structured content, events, and formats that clearly present their expertise. * Experience collaborating with external partners, expert communities, or co-hosts * Ability to design and execute initiatives that attract and build interest among companies within our ICP. * Analytical mindset, ability to evaluate performance and improve events and content based on insights. * Fluency in English, with exceptional written communication skills.
Bonus Points: * Experience launching or hosting podcasts and/or working with video production. * Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code solutions.
✨ What You’ll Do: * Events & Webinars: Plan, produce, and promote 1-2 founder- or expert-led events per month from initial concept to post-event follow-up. * Content & Positioning Support: Work with founders and internal experts early in the process, refine positioning, and shape narratives before execution. * Speaker Preparation: Support founders and experts in preparing for webinars, workshops, and external events, from structuring content to reviewing materials. * Partner Collaboration: Work with expert communities and partner teams on co-hosted events, joint webinars, and cross-promotion. * Content Around Events: Own supporting content, from announcements and social posts to post-event follow-ups, working closely with designers when visuals are required. * Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, support outreach through events, and content. * Performance Tracking: Monitor results across all initiatives and continuously improve formats, messaging, and engagement.
