About the role:
YourFinTech builds risk management solutions for CFD brokers and prop trading firms. We’re looking for a Dealing Risk Analyst to join our Dealing & Risk team — someone detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and motivated to grow within a real trading environment. You’ll monitor live trading systems, manage exposure, and ensure execution and pricing quality in real time. This role offers direct exposure to professional risk management operations.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Monitor and hedge company-level exposures; execute hedging transactions with liquidity providers based on market conditions and exposure dynamics ✔️Oversee pricing integrity across asset classes, including spreads, markups, and liquidity provider performance ✔️Track client trading activity and patterns; handle trading-related client inquiries ✔️Follow market events and macro developments; adjust risk and pricing parameters, including overnight and weekend exposure ✔️Work with AI-driven dashboards and automated alerts to support real-time decision-making ✔️Coordinate with internal teams and liquidity providers to ensure trading systems run smoothly ✔️Follow operational procedures and contribute to automation and monitoring improvements
What we’re looking for:
✔️Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field ✔️1+ year of experience in brokerage or dealing ✔️Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 (Manager and/or Administrator) ✔️Strong numerical and analytical skills ✔️Solid understanding of risk management and financial markets ✔️Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving conditions ✔️Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) Nice to have: SQL or Python basics | Experience with Grafana or similar tools
