As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will help maintain high-quality service standards and provide fast, efficient support in a dynamic, high-load environment.
Work schedule: * 2/2 working shifts; * 12-hour shifts. Day shift: 7:00 AM — 7:00 PM. Night shift: 7:00 PM — 7:00 AM. Latvia time; * Includes night shifts and weekends.
Important! It’s a ontract-based cooperation with the opportunity to transition to long-term collaboration after 6 months based on performance.
You will: * Communicate with users via live chat (90%) and email (10%); * Handle multiple chats simultaneously; * Support users with account-related questions, payments, bonuses, and general platform usage; * Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner; * Follow internal guidelines and quality standards.
About you: * English level B2+ (C1 preferred); * 6+ months of experience in Customer Support or other customer-facing roles; * Typing speed 45+ WPM; * Strong computer skills (fast navigation, multitasking, basic Excel); * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly; * Flexibility with schedule (night shifts and weekends required).
