Strategic recruitment for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-impact AI initiatives within Grid Dynamics. The role focuses on the development of Data and AI platforms and the implementation of AI-enhanced SDLCs, moving beyond simple chat interfaces to complex, multi-agent orchestration systems that drive material business value and engineering throughput.
Requirements * 8+ years in delivery/project management or other relevant roles. * Fixed-Bid Expertise: Strong background in managing fixed-price contracts, including, planning, scope and risk management and other aspects. * AI/ML Delivery Excellence: Hands-on experience leading AI/ML/LLM-based projects (nice to have) * Excellent team management abilities, including mentoring, staffing, and conflict resolution. * Strong ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals. * Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and manage expectations. * Ability to understand technical concepts like model training, data pipelines, RAG and explain such technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, ADO).
Responsibilities * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide delivery insights and assess project feasibility during the presales phase. * Contribute to crafting proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities. * Lead discovery phase, creating delivery plans, and estimating resources. * Identify resource needs based on project pipelines and business objectives. * Recruit, onboard, and allocate skilled professionals from the market. * Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, conducting performance reviews and setting goals. * Manage the entire process of fixed bid projects, making sure they stay on budget, finish on time, and meet quality standards.
