We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager (SMM) to execute our global social media strategy and drive brand growth.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in iGaming, gaming, or digital products.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
* Experience in content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
* Ability to create engaging content briefs and work closely with designers and copywriters.
* Basic understanding of performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions).
* Experience in creating and managing content for websites (landing pages, promotional content, updates).
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and manage the company’s social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
* Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
* Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and analytics.
* Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging.
* Support content creation for the website (landing pages, promotional updates, announcements).
* Maintain brand tone of voice and visual consistency across all channels.
* Engage with the audience and support community interaction when needed.
