CHI Software is looking for a specialist who will drive the development and conversion of client acquisition channels through tenders and online project-sourcing platforms.
The role involves the full cycle of working with opportunities — from search and analysis to proposal preparation and deal closure support.
Responsibilities: * Monitoring and identifying relevant tenders (international and Ukrainian markets) * Analyzing requirements (RFP/RFQ) and making go/no-go decisions * Preparing and coordinating tender submissions * Collaborating with delivery, presales, and sales teams * Working with online platforms for project acquisition (including Upwork, Toptal, Ework and others): * sourcing and qualifying opportunities * preparing proposals * communicating with clients * participating in calls * Lead qualification and value proposition development * Managing pipeline in CRM * Adapting case studies, CVs, and presentation materials to client requirements
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in tenders / bid management * Experience preparing commercial proposals and RFP/RFQ responses * Understanding of the IT services market and engagement models * Ability to analyze requirements and make well-grounded decisions * Strong written and spoken English skills * Ability to structure information and prepare high-quality proposals * Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines * Strong communication skills (client-facing and internal) * High level of ownership and results orientation
Nice to have: * Experience with online project-sourcing platforms (Upwork, Toptal, Ework, or similar) * Experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Mercell, Jaggaer) * Experience managing the full platform lifecycle (sourcing → proposal → deal) * Involvement in presale and discovery activities
