We are looking for a Head of Sales to help grow the sales direction of our web development studio. This role is focused on sales, client growth, and commercial development. We need a strong sales professional with experience in web development, digital services, or marketing agency environment, who understands how to work with SMB clients, build outbound processes, support retention, and grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
drive new business and support revenue growth
find and approach new clients
build and improve outbound / cold outreach processes
work with inbound and outbound channels, with strong focus on outbound
manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
close deals independently
grow existing client accounts through upsell and cross-sell
support client retention and long-term cooperation
help build and improve the sales function
improve sales processes, reporting, and CRM discipline
work closely with project management and production teams to ensure good client experience
support the commercial performance of the studio
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales of web development / digital services for SMB clients, including outbound sales and independent deal closing
experience in web development studio, digital agency, marketing agency, or similar service business
strong experience in outbound sales and cold outreach
experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals independently
experience building and managing sales pipeline
experience working with SMB clients
understanding of service sales with average deal size up to $5,000
strong client communication and negotiation skills
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus:
experience with retention, upsell, and expansion revenue
experience improving sales processes in a service business
understanding of collaboration between sales, PM, and production teams
experience mentoring or coordinating sales activities

full-time, schedule from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00 (from Mon. to Fri.).
