We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who not only closes roles, but also thinks in funnels, metrics, and systems — someone who can turn hiring data into better decisions and predictable results.

What You’ll Do * Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles * Build and manage hiring funnels, from sourcing to offer * Track and analyze key recruiting metrics: * response rate * time-to-hire * conversion between stages * offer acceptance rate * pipeline health and bottlenecks * Partner with hiring managers to define realistic hiring strategies and expectations * Use data to challenge assumptions and adjust sourcing or interview approaches * Source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, niche platforms) * Maintain clean, structured data in the ATS and prepare regular hiring analytics summaries * Improve candidate experience using insights, not guesswork * Experiment with sourcing strategies, messaging, and processes — and measure results
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment * Strong ability to work with numbers, metrics, and hiring analytics * Comfortable building reports and explaining hiring performance to stakeholders * Confident interviewing in English * Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, product, data) * Strong sourcing skills and curiosity to test new channels and tools * Structured, organized mindset — you keep pipelines clean and predictable * Ownership mentality: you care about results, not just activity
Nice to Have * Experience working in product or tech companies * Hands-on experience with ATS analytics and dashboards * Understanding of hiring economics (cost, speed, quality trade-offs) * Experience working with fast-growing or startup environments
