We are looking for a talented Project Manager to empower our team!
What you’ll do:
Team & Project Delivery: * Coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams. * Maintain high levels of control of the tasks and releases. * Plan project objectives, define tasks and timelines, and assign work to team members. * Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all phases from initiation to post-launch while ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget compliance. * Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team.
Client Engagement & Communication: * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. * Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Business Development: * Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets. * Understand client business goals and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions aligned with their strategy. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements for the candidate`s experience: * Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector. * Experience working in an outsourcing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience managing remote, cross-functional global teams. * Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Agile. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Certifications in Project Management. * Working schedule aligned with Toronto (EST) time zone. * English proficiency at an advanced level.
Will be a plus: * Previous experience as a QA Engineer/Developer. * Experience working with clients from the US, Canada, and Europe.
