We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Manager who already has hands-on experience with outbound and wants to grow into a more strategic role in B2B client acquisition.
This role is not about sending hundreds of messages. It’s about understanding who to reach out to, how to build relevant communication, and how to convert it into qualified meetings.
You will work with your own pipeline, communicate with decision-makers, and gradually take more ownership of the pre-sales process.
What you’ll be doing * Generate leads via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, ICP-based targeting) * Build and run personalized outreach campaigns (no шаблонщина) * Manage communication from first message to booked meeting * Qualify leads and identify relevant opportunities * Schedule meetings and prepare short context for the team * Run structured follow-ups and keep pipeline active * Work in CRM (NetHunt) and track your progress * Analyze what works in outreach and improve your results over time
Who we’re looking for * 6 months — 1 year of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or outbound sales * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach * Ability to write relevant and natural messages (not template-based) * Understanding of ICP and basic segmentation * English B1+ (comfortable written communication) * Experience or strong interest in working with US and European markets * Ability to manage your own pipeline and stay organized * Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
