Business Development Manager (Internal Sales Development Representative) Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving revenue through proactive outreach. This role focuses on lead qualification and maintaining strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities * Proactively reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email and phone to generate new sales opportunities. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess potential fit based on company criteria. * Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and buying intentions. * Manage and update leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM (HubSpot CRM). * Collaborate with Sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. * Work closely with Marketing on targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies. * Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including activity metrics, qualified leads, and pipeline creation. * Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance. * Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. * Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, BDM, or related customer-facing role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * At least upper intermediate level of English. * Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot). * Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. * Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Crunchbase is a plus.
