Join us as a Partnership Manager and help shape the future of recruitment What You’ll Be Doing: * Identifying and contacting potential partners through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation; * Building and keeping strong, long-lasting client partnerships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns, and discussing possible strategies with partners; * Tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals; * Regularly monitoring affiliate performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, partnerships, and operational efficiency; * Researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.
You are our ideal candidate if you have: * 1+ years of experience as an Partnership Manager or Business Development Manager; * An advanced English level (C1) and fluency in Ukrainian; * Excellent business communication and argumentation skills; * Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights, and apply them in negotiations; * High productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
It would be a plus if you have: * German language skills at the B2/C1 level.
