We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis!
This role is ideal for an experienced English teacher who is confident working with adult learners in an IT environment, focusing on practical communication skills, fluency, and real-life workplace interactions.
Your responsibilities will include: * Conduct English lessons for small groups of up to 3 employees. * Run structured lessons focused on speaking, fluency, and workplace communication. * Organize and facilitate a weekly speaking club to improve confidence and spontaneous speech. * Prepare lesson materials tailored to IT and business communication contexts. * Track learner progress and provide feedback on performance and improvement areas. * Adapt teaching methods to mixed levels and technical backgrounds. * Encourage active participation and create a safe and engaging learning environment.
What we expect from you: * English level C1—C2. * Proven experience teaching English to adults. * Experience working with IT professionals or willingness to quickly adapt to a technical environment. * Strong focus on spoken communication and fluency development. * Experience teaching small groups. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have: * Experience working with IT companies or technical teams. * Background in Business English or ESP (English for Specific Purposes). * Familiarity with agile or software development environments. * Experience running speaking clubs or conversational sessions.
