Your Role: * Generate ideas for optimizing monetization across web funnels. * Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses that drive product growth. * Analyze the impact of implemented changes and use insights to inform future improvements. * Enhance existing monetization strategies and propose improvements. * Collaborate with product and marketing teams to turn insights into new funnel directions. * Work directly with developers and designers to implement funnel and monetization improvements. * Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities and effective sales angles.
About You: * 1+ years of experience in product, growth, CRO, or a related role. * Experience analyzing web funnels and working with A/B tests across different funnel stages. * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on growth opportunities. * Proactive mindset, with the ability to analyze competitors and suggest improvements. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Would be a plus: * Basic knowledge of unit economics. * Understanding of the consumer mobile applications or subscription products market. * Experience creating wireframes in Figma or Miro.
