We are looking for a Salesforce Voice Consultant to join our growing team and support a range of international projects in the CRM and Voice/CTI domain. About the Project An international project at the intersection of CRM and Voice/CTI, focused on automating customer support and enhancing customer experience through voice channels. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and minimizing manual operations. Technology Stack: * Salesforce (Service Cloud, Flows) * Service Cloud Voice / Amazon Connect / Genesys * API integrations * AI tools for automation and process optimization
Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Flows * Integrate and configure Voice/CTI solutions within Salesforce * Deliver end-to-end automation and business logic implementation * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and уточнити requirements * Use AI tools to improve development speed and operational efficiency * Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
