We are looking for a proactive and self-driven QA/Business Analyst with a strong focus on Quality Assurance, who will take full ownership of both QA and BA activities on the project.
We also consider QA engineers who are looking to transition into a hybrid QA/BA role.
Responsibilities: — Own and drive QA and requirements processes end-to-end on the project — Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements; manage their lifecycle — Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) — Design and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans) based on requirements — Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) and ensure full test coverage — Validate implemented features against requirements and business goals — Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers on resolution — Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding requirements and product quality — Support planning, prioritization, and scope definition together with stakeholders — Continuously improve QA and BA processes and ensure release readiness
Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in QA (manual testing is a must) — Experience performing BA responsibilities (elicitation, requirements documentation, stakeholder communication) — Ability to work independently and take ownership of both QA and BA areas — Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies — Experience with test design techniques and QA processes — Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar — Ability to write clear, structured, and testable requirements — Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail — Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
