Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building early relationships with prospects, and passing qualified opportunities to sales closers.
Responsibilities: * Identify and research potential customers * Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) and maintain consistent follow-ups * Qualify leads based on business fit and readiness * Schedule meetings with Account Executives and support pipeline growth * Participate in intro/discovery calls with prospects * Manage the top of the sales funnel and ensure steady lead flow
Requirements: * 2+ years in Business Development, preferably in IT services * Strong prospecting and lead research skills (LinkedIn, CRM, databases) * Experience with outbound outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, follow-ups) * Ability to qualify leads (decision-makers, needs, timing, company fit) * Experience with CRM systems * Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills * Proactive mindset with good research and problem-solving abilities
